Terms & Conditions
- The Referring Representative/Customer must have an active monthly subscription order for a MontaVida or Hi5 product.
- The Referring Representative/Customer must have an online account with MontaVida.5linx.com or wellness.5linx.com.
- 5LINX Wellness Customer Referral Program is reserved for 5LINX Wellness monthly subscriptions only (MontaVida, Hi5).
- For Referring 5LINX Representatives, customer orders must be placed through the Representatives personal website.
- For Referring 5LINX Customers, customer orders must be placed through the unique referral URL provided in the order confirmation email. This URL is also available online at wellness.5linx.com or MontaVida.5linx.com on the Referral Program tab.
- Only referred customer orders of the same 5LINX Wellness product as the Referring Representative/Customer are counted towards the minimum of five (5) active monthly subscription customers. For example, if a Referring Representative/Customer ordered one (1) MontaVida 12 oz. subscription, their 5 referred customers must have at least 1 MontaVida 12 oz. bag subscription in order for the Referring Representative/Customer to receive the free monthly subscription.
- The order of the Referring Representative/Customer as well as the eligible orders of the five (5) active monthly subscription customers must be active for at least 15 days.
- Both 5LINX Representatives and Customers can participate in the program
- Orders must be placed through the Referring Representatives personal website or the Referring Customers unique URL in order to count in the referral program.
- The Referring Representative/Customer personal active monthly subscription order does not count towards one of the five (5) active MontaVida or Hi5 monthly subscriptions.
- No CV or bonuses will be paid on the referring Representative/Customer’s free monthly subscription.
- Applicable shipping and taxes will be charged to the free month’s subscription.
- Referring 5LINX Representatives can keep track of their customers in their Personal Customer Report or online at wellness.5linx.com or MontaVida.5linx.com by clicking the Referral Program link.
- Referring Customers can keep track of their customers on wellness.5linx.com or MontaVida.5linx.com by clicking the Referral Program link.
